The price reflects the number of canals in the tooth and the complexity of the case, established after the clinical and radiological examination. We begin with the diagnosis: we assess the tooth clinically and radiologically, with vitality tests where they help, and establish whether it can be treated. Then, under local anaesthesia and rubber dam isolation, we remove the infected tissue, work the canals to the electronically measured length and disinfect them. Next come the tight sealing of the canals, checked radiologically, and the restoration of the tooth, which we do not delay, because a treated tooth left unprotected can crack.
